Terms and Conditions

The following policy is set into place to help our clients receive the best experience possible. In addition they provide guidelines for our staff to adhere too.

Wax Off Studio Guarantee:

We stand proudly behind the work that we do. Each of our client is highly important to us and therefore we are proud to offer a 2 DAY GRACE period. If you have any concerns with the services you’ve received we will fix it to your satisfaction, free of charge.

Cancellations

Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
Clients who cancel 6 hours or less to their appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Clients who no show will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate and reschedule you without penalty, if reasonable notice is provided.

 

 

 Cancellations can be made by: phone/text, email or on-line .

 

Arriving late for appointment

Please ensure you are available  5 minutes prior to your appointment. We have a short in-between period to prepare for each client. We will be able to hold your spot for 5 minutes until you arrive. After which, you may continue with the service with the time left or you may wish to reschedule. In the event there is no client after you, we may have the flexibility to extend your appointment. Please call us as soon as you find out you will be late to your appointment.

We are running behind schedule

We respect your time. At times, we run into challenges that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind schedule, we will offer you a discount of 5% for every 20 minutes you wait . If there are unforeseen circumstances such as- power outage, internet outage, system down, or any event that is deemed beyond our control- we will ask our community members to reschedule appointment. this discount will not be implemented in such cases.

Change of service / Add on

Should you wish to change your service during your in-person appointment, we will be more than happy to accommodate so long as the new service is within the same time frame. Should you wish to opt for a longer service and there is time available, we will be happy to accommodate. Should there be no time available for a longer service, you may reschedule to a later date or another available time slot within the same date.

Refunds

No refunds available, but rescheduling is free

 

Allergies and Contraindications

In the unlikely case you experience an allergic, please contact us immediately to assess the situation. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the waxologists of any allergies or contraindications they may have. The client must do due diligence prior to wax appointment. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be able to support you further.

Children Policy

Children and pets are not allowed to be in the room during services to maintain safety, privacy and sanitation standards.

 

Gift Cards, discount Coupons and Promotion Winners

  1. Coupons and promotions will be honored on or before the expiration.
  2. All coupons/ promotions are void at the closing shift of the expiration date printed.
  3. All Coupons/ Promotions are used singularly, no coupons/promotions may be coupled- up with any other coupons/promotions.
  4. Coupons are only to be used once.
  5. Coupons/ promotions are non-transferable.
  6. Coupons/ promotions will not be extended beyond allocated time period
  7. Coupons/ promotions will only be distributed during allocated period- not earlier or later.
  8. Coupons/ promotions will adhere specifically to the print on the coupon.
  9. Coupons/promotions are non-refundable- No cash back value.
  10. Coupons/promotions are only ONE/ person- unless otherwise stated.
  11. Coupon/promotions usage will be document, if the same client uses the same coupon upon a different date, it will be VOID. Refer to rule 10.
  12. Store Manager has personal discretion on honoring of the coupons/promotions.
  13. Winners of contests/ giveaway’s will be required to show proof (text/ID/email/confirmation number/ or any other means) in order to receive winnings.
  14. Gift cards do not have an expiration. Rules 4, 5, 9, 10,11, 12, 13 apply to gift cards.
